You use the will-future to inform, to make a promise and to express your hopes and assumptions.

We will go to Cornwall.
I hope it won't rain.

It is also used in the weather forecast.

England will see clouds and rain.

The going-to future expresses a definite plan or intention.

I'm going to see the castle!

You use the future progressive to express your anticipation of a longer process in the future.

I will be relaxing in the sun.

You use the future perfect for actions that will be completed in the future.

My friend will have left Australia.

You use the present simple for something that always stays the same, now and in the future.

I try to get away from London every weekend.

That also applies to clauses of time, that means sentences with when, before or next time.

Next time I go to London.
