You use the preposition in to describe your position somewhere:

You use at to specify a certain point:
At 8 pm.

Into describes a movement into something:
I went into the restaurant.

You use until to say that something will continue up to a particular time:
We shouldn't wait until the tea gets cold!

We use by to say that something will happen before a particular time:
We will finish this by 7 o'clock.

From-to describes a timeframe:
The restaurant is open from 10 in the morning to 11 at night.
