Richard Strauss "Feuersnot"

In his opera "Feuersnot", Richard Strauss, pokes affectionate-ironic fun at his home town of Munich. To start off Strauss year in 2014, the Chor des Bayerischen Rundfunks and the Münchner Rundfunkorchester presented this rarely performed opera under the direction of Ulf Schirmer. This is the live recording of this concert.
