ARD Music Competition 2024 Conditions of Participation
The 73rd ARD International Music Competition 2024 in Munich is open for the following categories: Wind Quintet, Voice, Oboe and Violoncello.

The 73rd ARD International Music Competition 2024 in Munich is open for the following categories:
- Wind Quintet
- Voice
- Oboe
- Violoncello
The invitation to participate in this competition is extended to young musicians, who are ready to launch
an international career.
The competition is open to musicians of all nations:
- for voice born between 1992 and 2004
- for the categories oboe and violoncello born between 1995 and 2007
- for the category wind quintet: total age maximum 150; single members neither younger than 17 nor older than 35 (on March 28, 2024).
The competition will be conducted during the period from September 3 to 20, 2024 (including the prizewinners’ concerts).
All auditions are open to the public.
