Pre-selection with recording:
a) JOHANN SEBASTIAN BACH, One movement from the lute suites BWV 995, 996, 997 or 1006a (adaptation and key freely chosen)
b) First and second movement of one of the sonatas from the second round (see no. 4.)

The works recorded for the pre-selection can be repeated in the competition program.

First round (20 to max. 25 minutes)

The sheet music will be supplied along with the admission to the competition. The commissioned composition may be performed with the music, it may not be publicly performed prior to the competition.
